The Allen Schezar Project

Now with sportswear logo parody

Next time I might do a reptile theme

Would you like to see an allengator?

'Alligator' is derived from the Spanish 'el legardo,' 'lizard.'

Webmistress & Banners

About me... I dunno, I feel like being mysterious right now. Yeah yeah, I'm lazy. I'm an Allen fangirl, that's what you really need to know!

UET is the Ultimate Escaflowne Compatibility Test (why it's not UECT I dunno) and it's a bit of fun. I must say I was surprised by this result, since other tests have matched me up with Dryden or Gaddes and I've always thought surely they were more my type. (Mmm. Swarthy.) But hell, I'm not going to turn my nose up at some Alleny goodness! Apparently this means 'you are either a sex fiend yourself, get along with people who are sex fiends or faked through the test to get other people to believe that you are a sex fiend. All is cool with me.' Gee, thanks, Rebecca *^.^*

This is my pet depressed Allen gif. Lizzard found him on a Japanese website, I'm afraid I don't know exactly where, but I think he's extremely cute, don't you? Sometime I might get that LoveMouse Javascript and use him as a mouse cursor on my index page. But this is mostly a perky happy shrine so maybe a bummed Allen would be off-theme.

Somewhat redundantly, here's a bigger version of it. I found this at Hitomi Kanzaki Street and I just had to stick it up because I think it's hysterical. The look on his pudgy little face. 'Great, I have issues with my father, my mummy's dead, my sister's missing, my love life is a shambles, and now I'm 130 pixels tall and overweight. Thank you, world.' Well, it's really Watako's fault, as far as I can work out - the keeper of the above-mentioned Japanese Hitomi shrine, and maker of bizarrely cute animated gifs. (You should see the one where Dilandau pops out of a cake. It's in the Deshu section.)

Actually, I don't know why I've put this in this section, but I think I'll leave it here for the moment - a little omake (extra or bonus) for people who bother to come to this page.

And now, the banners! If you would like to show support for the Allen Schezar Project by linking to it from your own webpage, I'm incredibly grateful. A text link to http://www.airandangels.com/allen/ would do nicely, but if you'd like to go the whole hog and use a banner or button graphic, please take your pick from those on offer below. The banners are both transparent GIFs, so they'll have spiffy curvy corners over any background colour.

400x60 banner with silly but true Johnny Bravo reference. The fact that Johnny Bravo, a cartoon making fun of a good-looking blond man with tall hair, was created by a guy called Van Partible, strikes me as significant.

400x60 banner with my favourite ASP tagline. One time the Principles fashion shop had a window display of slinky dresses with a sign saying 'Lock up your sons.' I thought it was a hoot.

88x31 button. It wasn't until I made this that I realised the shrine's initials were 'ASP.' I didn't mean to name my shrine after a bitey snake... although frankly, if you found Allen in a Cleopatra's-bosom context, would you be surprised?
